His has an excellent track record in providing management and control of site works, technical support and input and ensuring comprehensive records are maintained for the client. Darcy is a fully qualified operator with an expansive knowledge of plant, products, geographical locations as well as the manpower and resources required to get a job done.

Grant has had 20 years in business management. He has been involved in Industrial Engineering, Engineering of Dangerous Goods, Plant and machinery design and development as well as the construction and development of roadmarking equipment. Grant's experience includes all aspects of project management for engineering from concept stage through to design, testing and production. Grant is responsible for the operational management of the business units including financial budgets, man management, equipment, quality, testing, design, strategic planning, and client liaison

Rebecca has 15 years experience in both small business and large corporates in NZ and overseas. She has been in a variety of roles ranging from analysis, financial accounting, management accounting, costing, budget and planning as well as project work in several different industries including financial services (RBOS UK), FMCG (Colgate Palmolive) and the diary industry (Fonterra). As Group Financial Controller she is responsible for the group’s financial management as well as supporting the business strategically. Rebecca is involved in our main projects from a management and support perspective and also manages IT for the group.

Cindy has 10 years experience in Human Resource and Business Management. Cindy is responsible for Quality Control and Safety across the total Spray Marks Group of Companies. She is responsible for keeping the systems which are in place, active and relevant. She also ensures that there are audit procedures and corrective action, to keep non conformances to a minimum.
