Mechanical Servicing

Spray Marks has a large and varied fleet and we understand how important it is to take care of your vehicles. We employ qualified and talented diesel mechanics who also offer commercial services.

Sales

Supplying of a full range of industrial products including compressors, industrial drives, material handling equipment, bearings, electric motors gearboxes and V belts, we are resellers for several brands including Hindin Marquip, Ceccato, Kaeser, Vertex, Hyrovane and Graco.

Plant Modifications

Experience, sound engineering principles and knowledge allow us to produce quality machinery for a range of industries. If commissioning new, moving or modifying existing plant, we have extensive experience with plant relocation and installation and Project Management of a range of engineering projects across numerous industries

We provide project management services throughout the assignment, employing and managing subcontractors on the client’s behalf. Follow up maintenance services and schedules for optimization of performance is an important part of the total project.

Air & Extraction

Compressors make up a large portion of our work. We supply and install new and undertake repairs. For every job, you can be sure you will get a detailed consultation and diagnosis of what is needed to achieve desired results.

You can select to be included in our Compressor Service Rounds. Depending on your compressor type we perform 6 monthly or annual on-site servicing and look after all the record keeping and details. We generally know more about your compressor than you do! Which leaves you confident it will continue to do what it needs to.

Extraction Systems are also a large part of a healthy and compliant factory. We offer consultation, design services and installation of a variety of extraction systems.

Fabrication & Manufacturing

We are leaders in the field of manufacturing and fabrication. We have large, modern and fully equipped workshops based in Ashburton and Christchurch for an manner of large projects.

Structural Steel is also part of our portfolio of services. We manage the whole process for you starting with site preparation, fabrication of structural components and then delivery and installation. This full service includes quality checks and painting and finishing on site if required.
Our history of excellence in fabricating pipe work, barriers, machine mounts, yards, platforms and access ways means you can be confident of our ability to deliver safely and to a high standard.

Prototypes

Spray Marks Engineering has a reputation for innovation, having built its name on the manufacture of prototype equipment. Completing projects for numerous industries leads to original and innovative product ideas and designs. We specialise in building custom equipment to meet client requirements. These prototypes may be designed by us using our Solidworks Professional 3D design software or we also build independent designs.
